My project involves exploiting the versatility of “click chemistry” to conjugate artificial metallo-nucleases (AMNs) to sequence-selective, nucleic acid-targeting molecules including Zinc-finger proteins (ZFPs), transcription activator-like effector nucleases (TALENs) and triplex forming oligonucleotides (TFOs).
